Abstract

The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase II project will develop a rapid and automated microarray expression profiling chip and system for gene expression profiling. As part of this project a miniaturized automated system will be developed to integrate key steps in target synthesis, labeling and hybridization. The use of the integrated system will enhance the reproducibility and cost of running microarray experiments.
