Abstract

Prop # 0624453 PI: Prince, Jonathon M. This Cooperative Agreement provides funding to support the University-National Oceanographic Laboratory System (UNOLS) Office. UNOLS is charged with advising Federal funding agencies on future facility requirements for ocean science research and coordinating and scheduling UNOLS research vessels and equipment. The UNOLS Office at San Jose State University's Moss Landing Marine Laboratories will provide administrative services for UNOLS activities, including UNOLS Council and Committees. As the ship scheduling process becomes increasingly complex, the UNOLS Office will facilitate scheduling efforts with a focus on maximizing efficiency. The Project Director, Jonathon M. Prince is fully qualified to direct this project having held the position of Executive Director over the past six years. ***
