Abstract
This proposal describes a research program aimed at applying the successful work on strongly coupled Coulombic plasmas to the Quark Gluon Plasma (QGP) and explaining the apparent perfect fluid observed in RHIC experiments. They propose to develop Molecular Dynamic simulations and other features to achieve this goal.
