Abstract

The American Meteorological Society (AMS), with the support of National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and National Science Foundation (NSF), has for many years been able to support and provide several of our journals to less developed countries. The AMS will offer all eight AMS journals and the year-end archive CD-ROM to those institutions with the computer capacity and Internet access at sufficient bandwidth. The remaining institutions received our Journal of Climate, Monthly Weather Review, and Weather and Forecasting journals in print.
