Abstract
This award provides funds to facilitate a cooperative research program between the Centre for Energy and Environmental Markets at the University of New South Wales in Australia and the Industry/University Cooperative Research Center for Power Systems Engineering at Cornell University. The two year research program will focus on a new market mechanism for ensuring voltage in an electric power network is provided at its true value.
