Abstract

Abstract Henkart 0525702 SIOSEIS is a software package used for enhancing and manipulating marine seismic reflection and refraction data on Unix computers. It is actively used worldwide. As with all software, it must be enhanced and maintained as advances in seismic recorders, seismic imaging, and computer technology are made. New implementations to be included include cross-dip moveout and analysis, a trace interpolation algorithm, and a new plotting program. The PI provides and maintains a software package that is widely used, which he will continue to do.
