Abstract

Partial support is provided for an international workshop to be held in Honolulu, Hawaii in May of 2005. The workshop will address the research needs of High Performance Fiber Reinforced Cement Composites in view of the current state of the art and the existing obstacles to expanded use of these high performance structural materials. Part of the funding will be used to enable graduate students and new researchers in the field to participate in the workshop. The results of the meeting will be disseminated widely to an international audience.
