0417371 Kane IEEE 2004 AP-S/URSI Travel Grants and Student Paper Competition Awards This proposal requests funds to support travel costs for students attending and presenting at the 2004 conference and provides awards for the top three selections for the AP-S student paper competition. The IEEE AP-S / URSI conference is the premier conference for propagation, electromagnetics and modeling of integrated circuit technology.
