Abstract

This block travel grant will support the attendance of U.S. academic researchers at a workshop being organized in conjunction with the International Conference on Electric Supply Industry in Transition: Issues and Prospects for Asia on January 14-16, 2004 in Thailand. This workshop and conference will be addressing the critical issues of Power System Security, Reliability and Economics in a changing environment.
