Abstract

0245648 Ren This is a one-year bridge award to Dr. Shang-Fen Ren, Illinois State University, to continue a program of Research for Undergraduate Experience (REU) for physics students from the United States to spend a summer conducting research at Beijing University, China. This award will enable six U.S. students to spend four weeks conducting research in nano and materials science, and will allow Dr. Ren to carry out collaborative research with her colleagues at Beijing University.
