Abstract

The proposal is a request for support to help cover the costs of organizing the 9th International Conference on B-Physics at Hadron Machines. It will take place from October 14-18, 2003 at Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh. The funds will be used entirely to support the travel of graduate students and young U.S. scientists who otherwise could not afford to attend the meeting.
