To plan and manage a workshop on the replacement of the R.V.I.B. Nathanial B. Palmer to the held in Washington, D.C., June 25 -26, 2002, at the William and Mary Washington Office. The workshop will be held be the principal investigator, Dr. Walker O. Smith, Professor at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science of the College of William and Mary.
