This grant will provide support to fund approximately 20 graduate students to attend ACM SIGOMM 2002 being held in Pittsburgh, PA on August 19-23, 2002. The purpose of the conference is to provide a forum for researchers to present new ideas and research directions in the field of computer and data communication.
