Abstract

DESCRIPTION: The CDE Print Library contains an extensive collection of over 20,000 books, monographs, working papers, electronic resources, government publications, and journals (approximately 170 active subscriptions). The library also houses and circulates the code books for the Center's data collection, the manuals for statistical software, and reserve materials for graduate level courses in demography. This Core shares the electronic cataloguing system, CDECAT, with the DLC. The Print Library is not part of the main University of Wisconsin Library system, although the library provides a runner service for researchers who request materials that are not available from the Print Library.
