Abstract
This project requires specialized technical staff to build a comprehensive system for testing and improving the quality of healthcare data exchanges. Specifically, we need 0.25 full-time equivalent project management support and 0.5 full-time equivalent software engineering support for a period of 12 months. The team will develop an integrated testing infrastructure that validates both the technical compliance and data quality of healthcare information systems. This work involves creating measurement standards for data quality, setting up test servers with realistic healthcare data, and building automated testing tools. The project will focus on all United States Core Data for Interoperability Plus Cancer use cases, which encompass the full spectrum of cancer-related healthcare data sharing needs including clinical trial matching, treatment monitoring, adverse event reporting, and patient care coordination.
