Abstract

The purpose of this agreement is for the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS) to provide financial support to the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) to add questions about arthritis to the National Health Interview Survey. This project is a collaborative effort between NCHS, NIAMS, and NCCDPHP/DPH. Pertaining to the National Health Interview Survey in general and to the arthritis questions specifically, this agreement pays all costs associated with implementation of the NHIS including questions on arthritis.
