Abstract

This contract is designed to is to support a state-of-the-art electronic patient reported outcome (ePRO) instrument that measures the impact of eye and vision conditions on patients’ quality of life, including their perceived functional ability. The PRO instrument must be grounded in modern psychometric and contemporary regulatory science standards for use by both NIH-funded and non-NIH-funded investigators in clinical research and practice.
