Abstract

The Advanced Technology Research Facility (ATRF) is a 330,000 sqft laboratory facility constructed in 2007. This project is intended to refurbish the second floor of D Wing to consolidate the SeroNet Program in one space at the ATRF, which will be the second phase of the project. In order to make the space available on the second floor of D wing, the Program Groups currently located on the second floor will be relocated to other locations within the ATRF, which will be achieved in the first phase of the project. The majority of the refurbishment will be mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure to support placement of scientific equipment. In addition, there will be some room reconfiguration, including removal or addition of casework.
