Abstract

The contractor(s) will be responsible to perform synthesis of lead RNA candidates, conducting potency assay development to optimize and downslect RNA leads, to conduct exploratory toxicity studies and DMPK to assess the safety of the leads, and in vivo efficacy studies as a go/no go miletone.
