Abstract

The purpose of this project is to renovate the existing lab suites at rooms 31-70, 31-76, 31-76A, 31-76B & 31-76C. The scope of work will include the refurbishment of the 1,181 SF laboratory space including asbestos abatement, door and frame replacement, new laboratory casework, acoustic ceilings, vinyl flooring and base, wall removal and repairs, new walls, lighting, HVAC, and fire alarm upgrades. The project will also relocate the existing LAN closet for the entire Wing 3 that is at room 31-72 to room 31-70 and will include relocating all existing IT drops from the exiting wing labs to the new closet.
