FY25 FACILITIES TASK ORDER A - REPLACE WOOD STREET STEAM & CONDENSATE PIPING

Abstract

This project will replace the steam and condensate piping on Wood Street from MH 5-35 to MH 5-16A due to the age and leaks of the pipes in that area. The existing piping system consists of the 10” High Pressure Steam Line and 6” Pumped Condensate Main Line running overhead from the South and running into Steam Vault MH5-35 and MH5-16A. The High-Pressure Steam and Condensate Lines run North along Wood Street ending at Steam Vault MH 9-16B and feeding Building 550.
