Abstract
Protocol 13CC0180, Studies of the Human Microbiome in Clinical Center Patients, is a longitudinal, prospective observational cohort study designed to collect samples from Clinical Center patients at risk for being colonized or infected with multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs). Stool, sputum, and swabs may be collected from inpatients as frequently as daily until discharge, and at follow-up visits for up to 2 years from the date of enrollment. For fiscal year 2025 (FY25), no new patients were enrolled on this protocol. Previously enrolled patients completed study visits before FY25.
