Abstract

The contractor is to perform blind testing of compounds using standardized preclinical models of AUD and to provide analyses and write-ups of said testing. Technical requirements include Compound Related Activities (Compound Testing, Compound Storage and Administration, Data Analysis and Reporting, Data Recording, Data Maintenance and Storage); Animal Welfare; Project Management; and Reporting and Deliverable Requirements. Specifically, this Contract with the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Wistar rats using models of various aspects of AUD including excessive drinking, negative affect, and pain.
