Abstract
Production of research group and trial specific clinical data aggregation instances in NIDAP includes BTRIS, C3D, RAVE and participant medical records. Connections to Biowulf and the NCI-Frederick HPC Cluster were maintained and ability to process sequences with DRAGON FPGA systems were added. Connections and data transfer exist between NCIâs HALO 2D Image Analysis Platform, Digital Pathology Resource, and the R Studio development suite Posit. NCIâs HALO platform for 2D images â is continually expanding support for scanned slides, histopathology images, and other 2D image formats. The Data Management Environment has been expanded and modernized to support more data files, faster searching, and merged interface for searching both cloud and on-premise data storage systems. NCI has procured a new storage capability from VAST which will augment the current DME tech stack, which is built on iRODs. NCI will be working on details meta-data modeling to ensure data is findable for research as well as subsequent data sharing. NCI continues their site license support for MatLab engineering software licensing to NCI scientific teams that require its capabilities.
