Abstract

The contractor proposes to screen libraries of synthetic putative CLR agonists that induce Th17 or Th17/Th1 immunity as adjuvants for bacterial and fungal pathogens. Age-specific immune phenotyping will be conducted in mice and with human cells and optimized, formulated lead candidates will be tested in models of Mtb and coccidioidomycosis.
