Abstract

The clinical trial explores fostamatinib in patients with post transplant cytopenia, either anemia or thrombocytopenia believed to be of immune origin. Standard doses of fosta are given to patients over a 12 week period to assess for immune response to the study agent. AEs and any other drug related toxicities will be monitored. The primary outcome of the trial is resolution of anemia or thrombocytopenia in patients after a 12 week trial of the study drug. Patients showing a response may go on the expanded access component of the study which is a separate trial. The study is now open actively enrolling patients.
