Abstract

The goal of the proposal is to comprehensively map the epitopes of human protective antibodies to a major family of RNA viruses, paramyxoviruses. Understanding human immune responses against zoonotic and endemic paramyxoviruses is important for increasing our knowledge of the fundamental basis of immunity to these viruses and for informing development of candidate therapeutic antibodies or vaccines.
