Abstract

The plae.nei.nih.gov resource's accompanying paper was accepted for publication in August 2023 at TVST. The eyeIntegration.nei.nih.gov resource was updated to version 2.0 in May 2023 with updated samples, improved metadata processing, and new visualizations. The geyser tool is now in Bioconductor (open source software repository) The metamoRph tool is in active development and will be submitted to Bioconductor when it is ready. The data underlying plae resource is currently being updated.
