Abstract
The PREMISE program focuses on development of medical countermeasures against microbial threats. It does this through focusing on: 1) reagent and data resources for early detection and diagnostic assays; 2) monoclonal antibodies with potential for prevention and therapy; and 3) immunogens suitable for vaccine discovery and development. Current activities include: 1) developing high throughput, multiplexed serologic and cellular immune assays; 2) identifying antigen-specific and cross-reactive immune responses to known and novel microbes in strategically targeted cohorts; 3) AI-assisted computational design and production of antigens; and 4) monoclonal antibody discovery.
