Abstract

We completed functional characterization assays (binding, epitope specificity and neutralization breadth and potency) of multiple Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)-specific monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) which we isolated from SARS-CoV-2 convalescent donors from study VRC200. We have also been collaborating with Drs. Maryam Musayev and Nicole Doria-Rose on preparation of a manuscript summarizing the isolation and characterization of our SARS-CoV-2-specific mAbs and their relationship to the public clonotype SARS-CoV-2 mAbs isolated by Dr. Musayev.
