Abstract
In this project we use next generation sequencing approaches to sequence the adaptive immune receptors of SARS-CoV-2-specific adaptive immune responses in infected and/or vaccinated humans and non-human primates. We use flow cytometry to measure immune responses after infection and/or vaccination. These approaches have been used to investigate the nature and evolution of SARS-CoV-2-specific B and T cell responses in SARS-CoV-2 natural infection and after vaccination. We investigate systemic and mucosal immune responses.
