Abstract

In the past few years, we have combined neurophysiology with artificial intelligence and established ‘Perceptography’, a paradigm for visualization of visual perceptual event induced by local brain stimulation. During the past year, we launched a series of projects to follow up on our early results, also to add neural recordings to our previous setup that was only capable of neural stimulation. This took some effort given the technical challenge of simultatious neural recording and stimulation. Our initial results were presented at international conferences (Society for Neuroscience annual meeting and Vision Science Society annual meeting). We are currently continuing data collection and preparing manuscripts of these new studies.
