Abstract

During FY25, healthy volunteers were enrolled in the Vaccine Research Center Clinical Trials Program screening protocol, VRC 500 (NCT01375530), to assess healthy volunteers for eligibility in the following trials: a bispecific HIV monoclonal antibody targeting the HIV envelope protein (VRC 617; NCT06585891), a hexavalent mosaic full-length hemagglutinin protein nanoparticle influenza vaccine without an adjuvant (VRC 326, NCT05968989), a hexavalent mosaic full-length hemagglutinin protein nanoparticle influenza vaccine with and without adjuvant (VRC 328, NCT06863142), and a quadrivalent stem hemagglutinin protein nanoparticle influenza vaccine with and without an adjuvant (VRC 329, NCT07111078).
