Abstract

In FY2025, the IRP made improvements to several research and office spaces. Importantly, we worked to install two Radiochemistry Hot Cells, and to create two tissue culture rooms in the Bldg 10 newly renovated E-Wing. Several projects were completed to improve core scientific resources, including a project to install a Magnetic Shield Room in the Magnetoencephalography Core; working with the NIH Office of Research Facilities to design an upgrade to the pump system that supplies chilled water to the Bldg 49 Neurophysiology Imaging Facility; and installation of two of the three Power Conditioners for the Bldg 10 NMR facility that serve seven magnetic resonance imaging magnets in the Clinical Center.
