Abstract

The summary is the successful activation of newly renovated CCR laboratory space that supports the intramural research program within CCR. These renovations vary year over year depending on the need and scientific requirements. The activation of the space also depends on the scope of the project. Activation may include the installation of new biological safety cabinets, specialized equipment, or other products that require specific installation and calibration. Activation is considered complete once all construction is complete, punch list items are resolved, and the new occupants have occupied the space and are performing scientific experiments.
