Abstract
This work has led to the pre-print publication PMID: 40475474. In this study, an in vivo CRISPR screen was performed and key co-mutations in NF1/RASA1/TP53 were identified for the development of sinonasal tumors in mice. Furthermore, this study demonstrated that MEK inhibition may be effective at inhibition of olfactory neuroblastoma mouse cell and human organoid growth. Since completion of enrollment of the BARON trial evaluating Bintra in recurrent/metastatic olfactory neuroblastoma, we are working on publishing these trial results and manuscript preparation. We have also enrolled patients in an IDH2-mutant targeted trial using Enasidenib for sinonasal and skull base tumors.
