Abstract

This project is particularly informative in the area of transcript expression, including gene and in some cases isoform levels for some 1,800 cell. The standardization and presentation of the data in the form of a web-application makes it accessible for non-informaticists. The cell line work is currently available and the patient upcoming. The database allows multiple forms of comparisons to phenotypic, molecular, or pharmacological patterns. Data is being provided to the user as response to queries or in toto. Cell line data is accessible through our CellMiner (for the NCI60) or CellMinerCDB (for multiple cell line sets) web-based applications. The project is meant to facilitate additional scientific analysis, tool collaboration and manuscript publication.
