Abstract

The EEOH All of Us ancillary study represents a major step forward in integrating environmental health into a large, diverse national cohort. The study has finalized occupational and residential exposure surveys, which will launch in 2026 and be administered across the entire All of Us cohort. These surveys are designed to capture a wide spectrum of environmental and social determinants of health, enabling new insights into how exposures interact with genetics and lifestyle to influence disease risk. By creating a robust dataset, the study will support exposome-wide association studies, the development of polyexposure and polysocial scores, and comparisons with polygenic risk scores. This resource will advance precision environmental health, promote health equity, and identify modifiable risk factors with the potential to reduce disease burden across populations.
