Abstract
The ongoing project aims to explore how genomic, environmental, and social factors interact to influence human health by collecting extensive exposomics data on participants in the All of Us cohort. This project leverages the cohort's size, diversity, and robust fiscal support to investigate the combined effects of these factors. Key activities include: This year, we successfully collected untargeted exposomics data for a caseâcohort sample of approximately 5,700 All of Us participants. The assays were conducted through the HHEAR program and yielded high-quality data across a broad spectrum of environmental analytes. Current efforts are focused on comprehensive annotation, which will enable downstream analyses linking these exposures to genomic, clinical, and survey data within the All of Us Research Program.
