Abstract

As an interdisciplinary scientist, I work with a number of collaborators both within and outside the NIEHS and applied studies. Such collaborations provide the opportunity to be involved in high impact science, and to realize important gaps in current methods that inspire methods development work. I have worked with investigators in the Epidemiology Branch, the Clinical Research Branch, and with outside collaborators at NCSU, the EPA, and other institutes on a variety of projects as written up in the papers attached to this report. There have been applications in epigenetic, in metabolomics, gene expression analyses and others. The manuscripts generated from this project represent the diverse areas of application.
