Abstract
AIR focuses on building translational AI models for radiology, pathology and electronic health records. For radiology, we are in process of building AI models for PET/CT imaging (molecular imaging) for diagnostic assistance. Additionally, we are building AI models for organ detection, segmentation at MRI and CT; cancer detection, segmentation and tumor burden estimation at MRI to support clinical and preclinical research. For pathology, we build AI models to enhance diagnostics in chronic liver disease (hepatitis), prostate cancer. We build a novel method to explore tumor microenvironment (histoTME) and osteosarcoma. We also build AI models to assist oncofertility in young female patients who undergo chemotherapy. Finally, we are building an AI model to develop a collimator-less SPECT scanner.
