Abstract
The Neuro Oncology Clinic primarily sees patients with malignant gliomas, a disease for which there is currently no cure and largely not even moderately effective treatment and patients with rare cancers of the central nervous system that have been challenging to study. The mission of NOB is to combine the resources and expertise of physicians and investigators at NCI and NINDS for the purpose of developing novel therapeutics for CNS neoplasms in adults and children. The staff support all clinical efforts in the NOB.
