Abstract
The Radiation Oncology Branch Bioinformatics core is a collaborative resource, and the scientific mission of the core is as follows: 1. Provide timely and end-to-end bioinformatics services primarily to ROB investigators and need based support to other investigators and collaborators from intramural and extramural scientists 2. Provide access to new technologies, bioinformatics, and statistical methods related to multi-omics, multi-platform, and diverse molecular types including genetics/genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, single cell sequencing 3. Develop and offer access to in-house built software tools, and applications to enhance research through web-based applications for data analysis, databases, visualization, and custom analysis 4. Provide consultation and training to members of ROB staff, postdoctoral fellows, and students
