Abstract

During FY 2025 we solved the structures of 16 inhibitors bound to Prep and from it helped understand the structure-activity relationships between and iterate novel inhibitor design. We are currently working on a publication for these findings, which includes Prep labeling and activity assays performed by the Yoo lab. we also solidified lab protocols for reproducibly obtaining Prep crystals to pursue a medicinal chemistry program using fragment-based screening to open the doors to novel chemistry that can be used in further iterations of these compounds.
