Abstract
We have shown that T cells expressing each of 8 neoepitope-specific TCRs can recognize and kill human hematologic malignancy cell lines in vitro. We have demonstrated anti-malignancy activity of some of these TCRs in mouse models of hematologic malignancies including multiple myeloma and acute myeloid leukemia. We presented this preclinical work in an abstract at the American Society of Hematology Meeting in December of 2023, and we are currently preparing a manuscript to report these results. We have completed all necessary logistical, cell production, and regulatory steps to open a clinical trial of neoepitope-specific T cells for hematologic malignancies, and this clinical trial has opened for enrollment this month.
