Abstract

Patient derived tumor organoids (PDTO) appear to identify immunoreactivities in TIL which are associated with a higher clinical response. This in turn can help in the selection of better TIL for clinical administration. PDTO are also proving useful in studying tumor immunoescape mechanisms as well as discovering new classes of antigens responsible for PDTO recognition. Current efforts are also investigating the use of PDTO lysates for presentation to Class II restricted T-cells to better define these reactivites in TIL.
