Abstract

The trial is under review and is expected to open for enrollment soon, likely in Q2 to Q3 of 2025. We continue to work with the NIH IRB, OSRO, ORSC, as long as relevant regulatory and scientific bodies to allow patients to enroll onto this potentially life-extending therapy. We are also working closely with our collaborators within the NIH and also partners in industry to ready the logistic and of manufacturing and drug supply to the NIH. Through working with other NCI PI's we have identified several potential participants for the trial.
