Abstract

The tumor ecosystem continuously evolves under immune pressure and therapeutic intervention, leading to treatment failure and tumor progression. Liver cancer is an aggressive malignancy, and most patients do not respond to immunotherapy. In this project, we analyze the spatial cellular architecture of liver tumors using spatial omics approaches. By integrating spatially resolved data with deep learning-based computational analysis, we identify tumor spatial features that can predict immunotherapy response.
