Abstract

Our protocol - A Phase I/II Trial of Allogeneic Reduced-Intensity, HLA-Haploidentical Transplantation Followed by GVHD Prophylaxis with Cyclophosphamide, Bortezomib and Maraviroc for Hematologic Malignancies in People Living with HIV- has been open to recruiting. Dr. Hyder is the the PI of this trial upon Dr. Kanakry's departure in April 2025. We continue to prepare the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics results of distally-timed Eatg in allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation conditioning.
