Abstract

SYNTHESIS-Breast Clinical Trial: Major Activities: The SYNTHESIS clinical trial has been approved by the IRB as of 5/2025 and has been listed on clinicaltrials.gov: https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT07067138. We are in the process of completing procedures for opening the study for members of the U.S. public. SYNTHESIS-Breast is an open-label exploratory study that uses the ENLIGHT transcriptomic algorithm to identify and prioritize therapeutic option(s) from among 22 targeted therapies/immunotherapies that are off-label in the context of metastatic breast cancer.
